During the lock down because of the COVID-19, sales went a little down but doesn’t mean there were no closings. People assumed with the pandemic the housing market would go down and the prices would drop. The real estate market didn’t crash and prices did not drop.
Based on the video’s information, the market will go up in sales ending better when we were in the pandemic.
